Sweet Singles Thailand TERM & CONDITION FOR JOINING SILVER PLAN
1. You will be billed monthly for a period
of 10 months at the rate
of 95.95 + USD per month (Excluded 7 % Tax ), for a minimum of 1 month.
(This mean that you will be billed monthly for the minimum of 1 month and
if you wish to cancel your membership. You must cancel prior to the next month or before
the next payment will be billed
**** The payment that has been paid
is non-refundable. If you have cancelled your membership and later you find more
ladies who interest you, what ever the reason, and you wish to join again using the same
plan,
you must start paying the initial fee for the first month again.
2. Each month, you can write to any special ladies / Miss Sweet Singles with
the maximum translation/forwarding services = 10 times a month. There will
be an extra fee of US$5 for each translation/forwarding service of a letter/email in
excess of the 10th time.
3.If you don't use the maximum of 10 times each month , it will not be
credited to the next month.
For Example: The first month: You use translation/forwarding service = 5
times only. The second month: Your 5 left from the first month can not be
credited to the second month and get a total of 15 times of translation/forwarding
service.
4. If you have not yet joined the silver plan and think that you may use
translation/forwarding service for more than 10 times a month. We recommend you to join
the Golden plan or other plans such as plan A, C, or E which includ Free
translation/forwarding service for unlimited emails or you will have to pay US$ 5
for any letter/email that exceeds 10 times a month.
If you join the silver plan and wish to upgrade to another plan, the payment
that has been billed for the silver plan can not be credited to other plans
except that if you have paid for 6 months in advance after joining for the first
month, you can get free translation/forwarding service for unlimited email and free
introduction services for 2 trips to Thailand within 10 months. The remainder
will still be billed US$95.95 each month.
For example: The first month, you are billed = $95.95 + and use
translation/forwarding service = 10 times . On the second month, you decide to pay for
another 6 months in advance so on the second month, you will be billed = 95.95 x6 = 575.7
+ USD. After that you can use translation/forwarding service for unlimited times each
month. On the third month, you will still be billed 95.95 + USD a month for the next 3
months. You will have paid for your full 10 months service
after only 5 payments in the example. *****
5. Billing Information
As a Silver Plan member, your card will be
billed monthly on 1st of
each month and the payment is automatic.
For example : You join date is on 10 Jan
05, Your next payment will be on 1st Feb
05 and your last payment is on 1 Oct 05 except that you wish to meet with
ladies before 1 Oct 05 then the balance will need to be made before meeting
with ladies.
**** YOu can come to use introduction services to meet with any ladies of
your selection before your membership will be expired on 30 Nov 05
6. Cancellation Policy:
Payment that you have made is non refundable. You will be billed monthly for the
minimum of 1 month and if you wish to cancel your membership. You must cancel prior to the
next month or before the next payment will be billed. You must receive an email from our
office to confirm the cancellation after sending your email of cancellation to our office.
In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your membership before your
membership has expired, you may email to our office email at
cancel@sweetsingles.com or contact@sweetsingles.com along with
your
membership code number before at least 3 days prior to your next billing
date. That means you should email to our office before 30th of the month.
For example: Your join date is on 4 May 05, Your next payment is on
............
1 June 05
1 July 05
1 August 05
1 Sep 05 ....... .etc
In case you wish to cancel your membership in Sep 05, you should email
your request to our office email by 30 Aug, 05 or your card will be billed
automatically on Sep 1, 05.
After sending your email of cancellation to
our office, you must receive an email from our office to confirm your cancellation.
